Product Introduction - Engine Valve Cover

The valve cover, often called the rocker cover, is the protective cap seated atop the cylinder head.
The valve cover is a crucial component of the engine's valve mechanism, serving to seal the valve chamber, protect the internal precision parts, and prevent oil leakage and dust intrusion.
The functions includes sealing, heat dissipation, noise reduction, supporting components such as spark plugs and camshaft sensors.
The main components of the valve cover includes: main body, sealing gasket, exhaust valve, installation holes, etc.​
Working principle : by closely fitting the sealing gasket with the cylinder head, a sealed space is formed. The exhaust valve balances the internal pressure to prevent oil-gas leakage; the PCV valve regulates the gas circulation to protect the precision components such as the camshaft from external contamination.
