This ensures fuel efficiency and improves engine functionality. As for the coils’ manufacturing process, we have state-of-the-art equipment for assembly, injection molding, and packaging. Implementing injection molding technology in our production process, we protect the quality of ignition coils and guarantee quality. With a production capacity of 6000 coil sets per 24 hours, we will not compromise quality to meet customer order demands.  

All of our operational quality management is driven by the ISO 9001 and IATF16949 standards. Each of our ignition coils goes through over eleven different rigorous tests to identify and validate key performance metrics to the coils. We don’t just meet industry performance metrics, we surpass them!
