Custom Automotive MAF Sensors | Precision-Engineered for Performance

At our factory located in Zhejiang, China, we focus on the manufacturing of tailored automotive MAF sensors and understand the importance of MAF sensors in the automotive industry. The initial step in our production process comprises extensive market research, and consultations with customers, so we understand their requirements, then we gather the information necessary, and move towards the design stage, where our engineers draft MAF sensor designs using sophisticated systems and tools. After the design stage, we move on to the injection molding stage, where sensor housings are made in our advanced molding production line, and sensor housing components are assembled in our bolt assembly line. The sensor housing components and fully assembled sensors are both subjected to stringent quality control, where sensors are visually inspected, and multiple functionality tests are preformed, in order to ensure air sealing to the achieved industry standards, and sensor assembly does not exceed the outlined tolerances. In addition to quality testing preformed at each stage, we also examine the applicability of the designs, by performing intelligent torque testing and other reliability metrics. These ensure that all custom automotive MAF sensors and assembled components are of desired high quality and suitable to withstand runtime. With the capacity of 6,000 autoparts assemblies each day, we are more than capable to handle any order regardless of it being big or small.
